At Monitor My Air, we install indoor air-quality devices and professionally monitor environmental conditions in both residential and commercial buildings—so our customers breathe cleaner air every day. Our goal is simple: reduce risk, improve comfort, and protect long-term health.

How the Monitoring Works
We deploy our air-quality monitor in your space. After installation, we handle everything:

  • Continuous monitoring of key IAQ markers (e.g., particulates, humidity, VOCs, CO₂, carbon monoxide, fungal index, pollutants, temperature)

  • Monthly reports with insights and recommended actions from an expert opinion

  • On-demand alerts for abnormal readings or moisture risks (e.g., high humidity, mold, toxins, high CO2, bad air quality, leaks)

  • Optional 24/7 emergency notifications if thresholds spike.  

You don’t need an app or dashboard—we watch your air, so you don’t have to.

Alex Yeskolski leads technology integration and system development at Monitor My Air. With a strong background in Building Science Specialist, Certified Level 2 Thermographer, and Moisture & Mold Inspector with extensive field experience across residential, commercial, and government projects.
As Co-Founder of Monitor My Air and Vice President of Investigative Inspection Services, Alex brings over a decade of hands-on expertise in building diagnostics, environmental testing, and air-quality assessment.
His background in moisture intrusion analysis, HVAC airflow evaluation, and IAQ instrumentation allows Monitor My Air to deliver professional-grade, data-driven monitoring solutions nationwide.
